We will then provide you with shipping instructions.
If we have made a mistake by sending you the wrong item or if you have received something that is defective, call us!
If you’re unsatisfied with any other type of product for any reason, just send it back within 30 days for a full product refund.
Unless the return is the result of our error, original and return shipping charges are not refunded.
Refunds are issued in the original form of payment. Your refund will be processed and on its way within 2 weeks.
Please note: Differences in computer monitors may cause yarn colors to appear slightly different from actual yarn color. Your shopping cart will show you if an item is not available in the quantity you desire or is out of stock.
