** New Knit Along

** Spiral Staircase Shawl
————————————————————
We are doing a new Knit Along. This time we are doing the Spiral Staircase Shawl by LizAnn Petch.
The free pattern is available on Ravelry here (http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/spiral-staircase-shawl) .
Everyone is welcome to join in. There is no specific knit along time. Work on it at your leisure. However….. if you finish by April 30th, you will be eligible to enter our prize drawing. The contest is being run through ourRavelry group (http://www.ravelry.com/groups/the-fiber-closet-knit-group) this time. You can find all the pertinent details here (http://www.ravelry.com/discuss/the-fiber-closet-knit-group/2875354/1-25) . The drawing will be held on May 1 so be sure to join the Raverly group (http://www.ravelry.com/groups/the-fiber-closet-knit-group) & post a picture of your finished shawl by midnight EST, April 30th. The winner will be chosen by random number generator from all completed project pictures on the Ravelry April KAL (http://www.ravelry.com/discuss/the-fiber-closet-knit-group/2875354/1-25) thread. Feel free to share the news with all your friends, local & on Ravelry. The more the merrier. We hope you will join in the chat about the KAL. This is a quick,
simple, very fun knit. We think you will enjoy it.
Just a quick hint. Don’t forget that if you bring in any finished project along with your receipt or ball band showing that you purchased your materials at The Fiber Closet, you are eligible for a 10% discount that day on your next project purchase.
We have a few events in the pipeline that you are sure to love. Plans are in the works for a “High Tea” to be held in April.
A pajama party seems like a perfect way to celebrate our 1 year anniversary of the new shop location. Details will be sent out as soon as they become available.
