** The Fiber Closet will be closed Nov. 7th – 12th.
We will re-open Thursday Nov. 13th at 11am.

** Covered Bridge Festival Recap
It was so much easier to handle the crowds, hours and work involved when we had one of our best Festivals ever. We had a steady flow of customers, friends and family visit the shop.

Thank you to all customers, old & new, who joined us for these wonderful 10 days.

This week we are reviewing inventory so we know what new stock to order, what were our best sellers and to be fair, our worst.

Watch this space for pictures & reviews as new inventory is received.

We closed out the last couple hours of the festival with a pajama party at The Fiber Closet ( . Fortunately, no pictures were taken of that. However, here are a few of our favorite festival pictures.

** Swirl Shawl Comeback
The Swirl Shawl by Jojoland Yarns ( is making a comeback with Fiber Closet friends.
Due to popular demand, we will be offering a 2-hour class to help you get started.
Contact Cheryl at The Fiber Closet ( to make arrangements to purchase the pattern, yarn and to reserve your time for the starter class. This pattern is also easily converted to a scarf. Don’t miss out on the fun!

Fiber Closet Groups Resume
Now that the Festival is over, we will resume all groups at their normal time.

1st Tuesday – Rug Hookers 1-3pm
1st Saturday – Weavers 1-3pm
3rd Saturday – Spinners 1-3pm

Every Thursday – Knit & Crochet 3-5pm
